This is my favorite off-roading GPS navigation apps, in my opinion. I have it on my phone and take it on my road bike rides. It is perfect for my needs. It’s a small app, so you can see the entire screen at once. There are tons of places to explore, and the app lets you preview everything, so you don’t need to scroll down the screen.
It’s small, but it’s loaded with features. You can see the track, gas price, and trail maps. There’s even a voice feature telling you where to turn, or if you need to make adjustments on the way out. There are tons of great routes and trails in this app. There are also options to watch videos on your iPhone or listen to music as you ride.
This app offers all of the above features. It has the estimated reading time, and GPS features like voice guidance. It also offers an emergency link and route builder. It’s perfect for my daily route planning.

I can just tap on one of my previous runs to add it to my next route. You can even see my speed and estimated speed when I’m creating my route.

But, if you have experience with outdoor navigation apps, or have used a lot of outdoor applications on your smartphone, then I would say that this version is absolutely worth the money. It allows you to preview your route in both offline maps and online maps. You can even set up alerts to let you know when you reach a certain point. The pro version allows you to add points, restaurants, and other points of interest.
TomTom’s parent company, MTN, is one of the best offroad GPS apps on the market today. If you have a recent TomTom, it is highly likely that they have already released an upgraded version of their popular app for iPhones, or you can always check back at the official website for the latest and greatest information. If you’re looking for the best TomTom on the market, then my recommendation is the iPhone app. You can also try the Android app, which offers the same features for a lot less money.
